An affiliate of Atlantic Creek and its joint venture partners (the “JV”) acquired Southpark in August 2019. The Property is comprised of an approximate 154,900 sf, 94% leased, Class A- 10-story office building with an adjacent three-level parking garage.
The Property is located at the intersection of Interstate Highway 35 and State Highway 71, approximately 3.5 miles south of Downtown Austin, less than seven miles west of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and approximately 80 miles northeast of San Antonio. The Property’s convenient location for both car and air transit is a key tenant demand driver for the Property.
