Bayou Bend and Pecan Square Apartments Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of Bayou Bend (“Bayou”) and Pecan Square (“Pecan”, and collectively, the “Dallas Properties”) in Dallas, TX. Acquisition of the Dallas Properties closed on November 23, 2021. Bayou is comprised of a 308-unit, class B, garden-style, multi-family apartment community consisting of 11, two and three-story buildings and one clubhouse/leasing office. Pecan is comprised of a 440-unit, class B, garden-style, multi-family apartment community consisting of 17, two and three-story buildings and one clubhouse/leasing office. The investment plan is to redevelop, renovate, and reposition the Dallas Properties to take advantage of their convenient location that offers access to numerous major employers and retail amenities within the Dallas MSA.

The Dallas Properties are centrally located within the Dallas MSA in an area that provides immediate access to the Northwest Highway (Loop 12) that is less than 0.25 miles south of the community, which connects I-35, the Dallas North Tollway, and the North Central Expressway, and is one of the Dallas MSA’s most heavily trafficked roads. In addition, the Dallas Properties are located approximately 10-miles northwest of the Dallas Central Business District and less than two miles north of Dallas Love Field International Airport.
