Atlantic Creek provides third party investors with the opportunity to participate in its private equity CRE closed end funds. Atlantic Creek seeks to generate strong risk-adjusted returns through acquiring a diversified portfolio of CRE interests and utilizing a “hands-on” proactive asset and portfolio management approach with the goal of creating value while mitigating risk, maintaining a clear focus on the exit strategy, and timely/transparent reporting to its investors. The firm is led by seasoned CRE investment and capital markets professionals with a proven track record of strong performance throughout various points within an economic cycle. Atlantic Creek leverages a network of local and regional operating partners to gain exposure to a wide array of geographies, property types, investment theses that it anticipates will outperform the broader United States CRE market.
