10 Cabot Sold

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the sale of an Atlantic Creek affiliate’s interest in 10 Cabot Road (“Cabot” or the “Property”) on December 27, 2021. An affiliate of Atlantic Creek and its joint venture partner (the “JV”) acquired Cabot in February 2018. The Property is comprised of an approximately 107,000 sf, 97% leased, class B+ office building.

The Property is located approximately 3.5 miles north of Downtown Boston and is in walking distance to the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority’s (“MBTA”) Orange line. Cabot is also in close proximity to I-93, a major interstate highway that travels through Massachusetts.
