Abbot Kinney Blvd. Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of 910 Abbot Kinney (the “Property”) in Venice, Los Angeles, CA. Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street, the property further benefits from excellent accessibility and visibility to both major thoroughfares. The property closed on December 4, 2014 and is comprised of a single-story class B office building that consists of approximately 9,500 square feet with approximately 20 parking spaces. Atlantic Creek has partnered with an investor/operator that is based in the Los Angeles MSA. The investment plan is to take advantage of the property’s excellent location, which essentially serves as the western entrance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard, and convert its existing office use and structure to five retail suites and one restaurant space. Subsequent to closing, the investment plan was modified to reflect leasing of the entire asset to a high-profile technology tenant.

The property is located within the gentrifying and increasingly affluent Venice neighborhood of Los Angeles and benefits from a large number of technology companies in the area, including Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, Facebook and Whisper.
