An affiliate of Atlantic Creek and its joint venture partner (the “JV”) acquired the Properties in September 2018. The Properties are comprised of 712 total units spread across two adjacent class B+, garden-style, multi-family apartment communities consisting of 30 three-story buildings.
The Properties are located within one mile of the intersection of the President George Bush Turnpike (State Highway 190) and the Dallas North Tollway, are within the highly-acclaimed Plano school district, and are in close proximity to the JP Morgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, State Farm, Toyota, and JCPenney headquarters at Legacy West.
