The acquisition of the Property closed on September 16, 2025. Ascension is comprised of a 71-unit, class A, Build-to-Rent townhome apartment community consisting of 19 total buildings. The investment plan is to acquire the Property at a discount to replacement cost and take advantage of its convenient location that offers excellent access to several of the Phoenix MSA’s major employment hubs.
Ascension features a well-connected location within the Phoenix MSA that is approximately 3.5 miles west of Interstate 24 and a half mile east of Highway 60, approximately 10 miles west of Downtown Phoenix, and 16 miles northwest of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Furthermore, the Property is approximately five miles south of the Thunderbird Medical Center and approximately 20 miles south of TSMC’s $165 billion semiconductor manufacturing campus currently in development in northwest Phoenix.
