Bespoke Tustin Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of Bespoke Tustin (the “Property”) in Tustin, Orange County, CA. The property closed on August 21, 2015 and is comprised of a two-story flex R&D office building that consists of approximately 39,762 square feet. Atlantic Creek has partnered with a local investor/operator. The investment plan is to reposition the asset into a highly amenitized Class A, creative office property to take advantage of accelerating office market absorption and demand for this type of customizable asset.

The property is located within the highly desirable and centrally located Orange County city of Tustin, CA. Situated along Franklin Avenue, the property further benefits from excellent accessibility to major thoroughfares, including the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5) and Route 261, and nearby retail destinations, notably Tustin Marketplace, a 1.6 million square foot outdoor mall that includes over 120 stores, restaurants, cafes, and theaters.
