The Property closed on September 27, 2018 and is comprised of a 348-unit, class B+, garden-style, multi-family apartment community consisting of 14, three-story buildings. The investment plan is to redevelop, renovate, and reposition the Property to take advantage of its convenient location at a major highway interchange that leads to the growing Platinum Corridor submarket and numerous major employers and retail amenities within the north Dallas MSA.
The Property is located within one mile of the intersection of the President George Bush Turnpike (State Highway 190) and the Dallas North Tollway, is within the highly-acclaimed Plano school district, and is in close proximity to the JP Morgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, State Farm, Toyota, and JCPenney headquarters at Legacy West.
