The acquisition of the Property closed on September 18, 2025. Meridian is comprised of a 158-unit, class A, garden-style multifamily/townhome apartment community consisting of 11 total buildings. The investment plan is to acquire the Property at a discount to replacement cost and take advantage of its convenient location that offers excellent access to several of the Nashville MSA’s major employment hubs.
Meridian features a well-connected location within the Nashville MSA that is less than one mile east of Interstate 24, less than two miles south of the Interstate 24/Interstate 65 interchange, approximately three miles west of Downtown Nashville, and 15 miles northwest of Nashville International Airport. Furthermore, the Property is approximately two miles northeast of major developments along the East Bank, including the recently announced new world headquarters for Oracle, River North, the new Tennessee Titans stadium currently under construction, and Scrapyard; which together represent nearly 300 acres of new development.
