Montague Business Center Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of Montague Business Center (the “Property”) in North San Jose, Santa Clara County, CA. The property closed on December 9, 2015 and is comprised of an approximately 146,000 sf flex R&D office park consisting of two one-story buildings.The investment plan is to renovate the property to take advantage of current market rents as the in-place tenants are either relocated or vacate due to their near-term lease expiration.

The Property is situated on an approximately 9.9-acre site, and is located at 408-410 East Plumeria Drive and 2730 Junction Avenue in North San Jose, Santa Clara County, California.San Jose is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the world’s high-tech capital.Additionally, Montague is located in close proximity to the North First Street Corridor in North San Jose, which is a desirable location and is home to Google, Apple, General Dynamics, eBay, Cisco, Broadcom, Philips, Samsung, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Novellus and Canon, among others.
