Radius at Shadow Creek Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture development of a new class A 350 unit multi-family project in Shadow Creek Ranch, in Pearland, TX that will be known as Radius at Shadow Creek Ranch (the “Property”). On December 18, 2013, the partnership acquired 15.85 acres of land on which the property is to be developed.

The property is located within the 3,500 acre master planned community, Shadow Creek Ranch, located in Pearland, Houston MSA, TX. The property is located approximately 10 miles south of the Texas Medical Center and the Houston CBD. The 2014 average household income is estimated to be $117,770 within a 3-mile radius.
