Radius at Shadow Creek Sold

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the sale of Radius at Shadow Creek Ranch (the “Property”). A private real estate investment and management firm closed on the 97 percent leased property on January 11, 2016. An affiliate of Atlantic Creek and its joint venture partner developed the new 350 unit class A multi-family project that was completed in April 2015.

The property is located within the 3,500 acre master planned community, Shadow Creek Ranch, located in Pearland, Houston MSA, TX. The property is located approximately 10 miles south of the Texas Medical Center and the Houston CBD. The 2014 average household income is estimated to be $117,770 within a 3-mile radius.
