Restaurant Pad Building Acquired
Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) has partnered with Centennial Real Estate Company, LLC, to acquire a restaurant pad building. The property consists of 4,417 rentable square feet located directly across the street from the Village Park Whole Foods anchored neighborhood shopping center located off of Colleyville Boulevard and Glades Road in Colleyville, TX, an affluent suburb in the Dallas – Ft. Worth MSA. The property was acquired with the intention to reposition the asset commensurate with the make-over of the Whole Foods anchored shopping center across the street. The property’s close proximity to the center across the street will provide synergistic tenancy while enhancing value. The restaurant pad building marks the fourth retail acquisition Atlantic Creek has advised on for the joint venture partnership.
