Southpark One Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of Southpark One (the “Property”) in Austin, TX. The Property closed on August 21, 2019 and is comprised of an approximate 154,900 sf, 92% leased, Class A- 10-story office building with an adjacent three-level parking garage. The investment plan for the Property is to prudently lease-up the remaining vacant space and further capture higher market rental rates, benefiting from the Property’s close proximity to Downtown Austin.

The Property is located at the intersection of Interstate Highway 35 and State Highway 71, approximately 3.5 miles south of Downtown Austin, less than seven miles west of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and approximately 80 miles northeast of San Antonio. The Property’s convenient location for both car and air transit is a key tenant demand driver for the Property.
