Southwood Vista Acquired

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of Southwood Vista (the “Property”) in Atlanta, GA. The Property closed on January 13, 2021 and is comprised of a 300-unit, class B+, garden-style, multi-family apartment community consisting of 11, three and four-story buildings. The investment plan is to redevelop, renovate, and reposition the Property to take advantage of its convenient location that offers access to numerous major employers within the Atlanta MSA.

The Property is situated directly along State Route GA-154 / GA-166 providing connection to Interstate-285, Interstate-85, and Interstate-75 facilitating easy access to many of the area’s major employment hubs including Atlanta Hartsfield Airport and the Fulton Industrial District, collectively accounting for nearly 100,000 jobs. Other employment drivers within the immediate area include the South Atlanta Industrial Corridor, Wellstar South Atlanta, College Park, and the recently completed Tyler Perry Studios (6-miles east of the Property). In addition to South Atlanta’s employment drivers, the Property is also within a 20-minute drive from downtown Atlanta which hosts approximately 200,000 employees, according to Central Atlanta Progress. These transportation routes afford residents of the Property convenient access to major nearby employment, medical and educational nodes and commercial/retail points of interest.
