Acquisition of the Property closed on June 10, 2022. Sunridge is comprised of a 216-unit, class B, garden-style, multi-family apartment community consisting of 18, two-story buildings and one clubhouse/leasing office. The investment plan is to renovate and reposition the Property to take advantage of its convenient location that offers excellent access to several of the Las Vegas MSA’s major employment nodes.
Sunridge is located 7.0 miles east of the famous Las Vegas Strip and is directly connected via NV-612 to Nellis Air Force Base, 7.5 miles north of the Property. Additionally, the Property benefits from its proximity to Harry Reid International Airport and other major employers located in Downtown Las Vegas and Henderson.
