The Crossing Shopping Center Sold

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Atlantic Creek”) is pleased to announce the sale of the Crossing Shopping Center (the “Property”) to an experienced local real estate firm, in joint venture with Chinese capital, who closed on the 90 percent leased property on June 10, 2016. An affiliate of Atlantic Creek and its joint venture partner acquired the 186,643 square foot shopping center on April 12, 2012.

The property is located at the intersection of Grapevine Highway and Precinct Line Road in North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, TX, an affluent suburb of the Dallas – Ft. Worth MSA. At the time of acquisition, Grapevine and Precinct Line Road had combined traffic counts of approximately 50,000 vehicles per day.
