The acquisition of the Property closed on February 16, 2024. Deco is comprised of a 209-unit, class A, mid-rise apartment community consisting of 10 total stories (six residential stories built on top of an existing four-story parking structure built in 1988). The investment plan is to reposition the Property to take advantage of its convenient location that offers excellent access to several of the Reno-Sparks MSA’s major employment hubs.
Deco is strategically situated with convenient access to Interstate 80 and is less than 20 minutes from the city’s largest employment hubs; i) the TRI-Center, ii) Downtown Reno, iii) the University of Nevada, iv) and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The TRI-Center, located nine miles east of the Property, is the largest industrial park in the nation spanning 107,000 acres, and employs over 15,000 people. Tenants at the park include Tesla, Google, and Walmart and have brought thousands of high paying jobs to the region.
